I’m excited to join Slamcore as Vice President Business Development EMEA and be part of the journey scaling spatial intelligence across industrial environments.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of operational technology and enterprise systems, helping organizations turn complex shopfloor environments into systems that can be understood and optimized in real time.
During my time at SICK, where I led and contributed to the scaling of RTLS and digitalization initiatives across global industrial customers, I gained deep insight into what it takes to consistently translate technology into real operational value across complex industrial environments. This includes building and scaling RTLS solutions across indoor and outdoor environments, combining UWB, LiDAR, and vision indoors, and GPS RTK outdoors, together with digital services and SaaS models.
Working closely with customers, my focus has been on understanding process flows, from inbound to outbound, and translating them into scalable solutions. From use-case definition and presales alignment through deployment and scaling, the objective has always been clear: turn identified problems into measurable operational improvements and ensure solutions are adopted across operations.
One challenge remains consistent. While many systems are digitised, movable assets, especially forklift trucks, remain only partially visible and largely manual, despite being central to intralogistics.
This creates a gap between planned operations and real execution on the shopfloor, where flow and coordination depend on assets that are not fully connected to the digital layer.
Many solutions attempt to address this. However, they are often complex, infrastructure-heavy, slow to deploy, and delayed in delivering ROI.
In the end, the question is not whether technology works, but how quickly it creates value.
This is where Slamcore stands out.
With its infrastructure-free approach, solutions can be deployed in less than 30 minutes, enabling an immediate connection between the physical and digital layer and real-time transparency from day one.
For customers, this means faster onboarding, quicker decisions, and measurable value typically within 4 to 6 months, with a complete view of operations from inbound to outbound.
Slamcore enables both a top-down and bottom-up approach, connecting enterprise systems with real shopfloor challenges and applying spatial intelligence where it creates the most impact.
What convinced me to join is simple: spatial intelligence does not need to be complex, heavy, or slow. It can be fast, scalable, and directly embedded into real operations.
Slamcore is not just improving existing approaches, it is redefining how location and perception technologies are deployed and adopted across industry.
This shift has the potential to fundamentally change how intralogistics and industrial environments are understood, managed, and optimized.
I’m looking forward to working with customers and partners across EMEA to turn this potential into measurable business impact.
If you’d like to explore how this can apply to your operations, I’d be glad to connect, either directly or at MODEX.
