London, 07 March 2023.
Slamcore today unveiled its new brand as it underlines its ambition for vision-based spatial intelligence as a vital component of next generation robots, autonomous machines, and for emerging metaverse applications.
Following a highly successful Series A funding round in 2022 that brought the total investment raised to $30M USD, and a busy Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2023) at which over 40 customer and partner meetings and demonstrations were held, Slamcore is poised for a new and exciting phase of growth.
The bold and distinctive branding will feature prominently across a redesigned website, marketing and sales materials and in office and event branding. Devised by London-based design agency Fabrik, the new brand illustrates Slamcore’s focus and capability as it plays an increasingly important role in enabling the next generation of spatially intelligent products.
Products across the industrial, consumer and wearable sectors increasingly need to accurately calculate exactly where they are, create maps of objects and space around them, and to understand what the different things around them are. Slamcore’s vision-based spatial intelligence algorithms accelerate time to market for any product that needs these abilities.
By optimising its algorithms to work with processors and sensors from leaders including; arm, Nvidia, Intel RealSense and Qualcomm, Slamcore is facilitating a vibrant spatially intelligent product ecosystem. Its software will democratise access to highly accurate, resilient and robust visual spatial intelligence so that spatially aware products can be rolled out faster and more cost effectively.
Above all, the new brand emphasises Slamcore’s identity as a company that is dedicated to the challenge of facilitating the creation of spatially intelligent software that will enhance lives and shape a better future. The brand reflects Slamcore’s positivity and optimism as it collaborates with hardware partners, product designers and innovators to create tailored solutions that deliver at commercial scale.
Founder and CEO of Slamcore, Owen Nicholson, said; “In a little over a year of commercial operations we have seen our market take off and our customers are fast moving innovators focused on making a difference. Our new brand reflects our personality as an ambitious, efficient and authoritative business that nonetheless remains human and, most importantly, trustworthy, as we collaborate with them to deliver game-changing spatially aware devices.”
